My name is Mustapha Ayoola Ishola, and I stand before the great people of Ogun West Senatorial District with a vision of progress, prosperity, and people-centered representation. Our district is rich in culture, resources, and industrious people, but we have faced challenges that demand strong leadership, innovative policies, and unwavering commitment to development. I am ready to be that leader who will ensure Ogun West gets its fair share of national resources, policies, and opportunities.

OUR CORE AGENDA: "OGUN WEST RISING"
My manifesto is built on six pillars of transformation, ensuring that every community, household, and citizen benefits from my leadership.
1. ECONOMIC GROWTH & JOB CREATION

• Agricultural Revolution: Expand mechanized farming, agro-processing industries, and empower farmers through grants and modern tools.
• Small Business Empowerment: Provide access to low-interest loans and technical support for MSMEs.
• Industrialization & Infrastructure: Establish industrial hubs in key areas like Ado-Odo/Ota, Ilaro, and Idi-Iroko to create thousands of jobs.
• Border Trade Development: Work towards policies that ease trade at Idi-Iroko Border, maximizing its potential for local businesses.

2. EDUCATION & YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

• Vocational Training Centers: Establish tech hubs and vocational centers to train youths in ICT, manufacturing, and creative industries.
• Scholarships & Grants: Provide financial support to brilliant but indigent students across Ogun West.
• Education Infrastructure: Sponsor bills to improve primary, secondary, and tertiary school facilities.
• Tech & Digital Innovation: Invest in youth-driven technology initiatives to make Ogun West a leader in digital entrepreneurship.

3. HEALTHCARE FOR ALL

• Upgrade of Primary Healthcare Centers: Ensure every ward in Ogun West has a well-equipped and functional health center.
• Health Insurance for the People: Advocate for a free or subsidized health insurance scheme for low-income families.
• Specialized Hospitals: Push for the establishment of a teaching hospital in Ogun West to reduce dependence on Lagos and Abeokuta for specialized treatments.

4. INFRASTRUCTURE & REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT

• Road Rehabilitation & Construction: Push for the federalization of key roads like Owode-Ilaro Road, Atan-Agbara Road, and Ota-Idiroko Expressway.
• Electricity Expansion: Partner with stakeholders to improve power supply in Ogun West through rural electrification programs.
• Water & Sanitation: Advocate for the construction of boreholes, improved waste management, and sanitation projects.

5. SECURITY & COMMUNITY SAFETY

• Strengthen Local Security Networks: Support Amotekun and other local security outfits with necessary funding and legislative backing.
• Police Reform & Welfare: Work on policies that improve police presence, response time, and welfare in Ogun West.
• Community Engagement: Establish a Senatorial Security Committee to work with traditional rulers, youth leaders, and local security agencies.

6. TRANSPARENT & RESPONSIVE LEADERSHIP

• Quarterly Town Hall Meetings: Maintain open communication with the people to discuss progress and address pressing concerns.
• Constituency Development Projects: Ensure that every LGA benefits equitably from federal and state projects.
• Accountability & Accessibility: Launch a constituency website and feedback channels to track progress and receive suggestions.
